JIRA Team Chart
The JIRA Team Chart widget users a pie chart to list team details that are pulled from JIRA Service Desk.
JIRA Team Desk
The Jira Team Desk widget, displays tickets that are pulled from Jira Service Desk. Tickets are displayed based on the event selected. Additionally, users can create and edit tickets inside this widget.
JIRA Ticket Count Chart
The JIRA Ticket Counter Chart widget allows users to view the total number of tickets inside of JIRA Service Desk using a bar chart. The chart gives details on the following types of tickets: critical, high priority, low priority, open and closed.
